* You can return merchandise up to 60 days after the purchase date. Before you return any merchandise, you must contact us to receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN). If you do not have this number, we cannot accept your returned merchandise. The merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals. When returning an order, please include a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You are also responsible for lost packages or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment must be made in person or via a carrier that provides tracking information (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or Insured Mail). Refunds will not be issued for products damaged by customer abuse or neglect. Faulty installation of products, or using products in a manner other than their intended purpose, will void this guarantee and manufacturers’ warranties.
